Ways to work with us
Day Pass
£30 a day at any location, Monday to Friday 08:30–18:00. Or £250 for 10 days.
Flex
£220 a month for unlimited weekday hot-desking at all three locations, 08:00–20:00. Flex 8 is £140 for 8 days a month.
Dedicated Desk
Your own desk, 24/7, from £275 a month in Bristol, £295 in Manchester and £375 in London.
Private Office
Furnished offices for 2–20 people, 24/7, from £420 per person per month.
Virtual Office
£45 a month for a business address, mail handling and 2 day passes a month.
Meeting rooms
Rooms for 4–20 people from £35 an hour, bookable by members and non-members.
About Kestrel Work
Kestrel Work opened its first space on Bristol's harbourside in June 2019, then London Shoreditch in March 2021 and Manchester Ancoats in September 2022. Every location has staffed reception on weekdays from 08:30 to 18:00, free barista coffee, phone booths, a silent zone, step-free access and showers for people who cycle in.
All prices exclude VAT at 20%.
