Membership plans and prices
Six plans, from a single day to a private office for 20. All prices are per month unless stated and exclude VAT at 20%.

What every plan includes
- Wi-Fi, free barista coffee, tea and filtered water, and fruit on Mondays
- Phone booths, a silent zone and the member events programme
- Up to 2 free guests a day during staffed hours
- On monthly plans: 100 mono A4 pages of printing a month, then 5p mono and 15p colour
Plan details
Day Pass
Book online or at reception. A Day Pass is refundable if you cancel before 09:00 on the day. A 10-day pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of it has been used.
Flex and Flex 8
Hot-desking at all three locations on weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00; weekends are not included. Unused Flex 8 days and meeting credits expire at the end of each month. Lockers are £20 a month.
Dedicated Desk
A desk that's yours alone at one location, with a lockable pedestal and a monitor, and 24/7 access including weekends. You can still drop in to the other locations during their staffed hours.
Private Office
Furnished, lockable offices for teams of 2 to 20, with 24/7 access. The price is per person, so a 4-person office in Bristol starts at £1,680 a month. You can use the office as your registered business address.
Virtual Office
A business address at the location of your choice, mail handling, and 2 day passes a month.

Paying and leaving
- We take Direct Debit or card, monthly in advance, invoiced on the 1st of the month. Your first month is charged pro rata.
- Notice runs from the day we receive it at members@kestrel-work.com.
- Deposits are returned within 14 days of leaving, less any unpaid charges.
All prices exclude VAT at 20%.
