Only for Dedicated Desk and Private Office members, who have 24/7 access. Day Pass, Flex and Flex 8 are weekdays only.

Flex and Flex 8 members can hot-desk at all three. A Day Pass works at any location. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices are at one location, but those members can drop in to the others during staffed hours.

Flex is £220 a month for unlimited weekdays; Flex 8 is £140 a month for 8 days. Flex includes 4 meeting credits a month, Flex 8 includes 2.

£375 a month in London, £295 in Manchester and £275 in Bristol, plus VAT. The minimum term is 3 months, then 1 month's notice, with a deposit of one month's fee.

From £550 per person per month in London, £450 in Manchester and £420 in Bristol, plus VAT, for teams of 2 to 20. The minimum term is 6 months, then 2 months' notice, with a deposit of two months' fees.

The smallest is for 2 people and the largest for 20.

Yes: 10% off a Dedicated Desk or Private Office if you pay a year up front.

Only for Dedicated Desk (one month's fee) and Private Office (two months' fees). Deposits are returned within 14 days of leaving, less any unpaid charges.

1 month for Flex, Flex 8, Dedicated Desk (after its 3-month minimum) and Virtual Office; 2 months for a Private Office (after its 6-month minimum). Day passes need no notice.

Yes, if you cancel before 09:00 on the day. A 10-day pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of it has been used.

By Direct Debit or card, monthly in advance, invoiced on the 1st of each month. Your first month is charged pro rata.

No. All prices exclude VAT at 20%.

One credit buys an hour in a room for up to 6 people, two credits an hour for 7–12 people, and four credits an hour for 13–20 people. Credits expire at the end of each month.

Yes, at hourly rates from £35 (up to 4 people) to £150 (up to 20 people). A day rate is six times the hourly rate. Email hello@kestrel-work.com or call the location.

Free up to 24 hours before the booking starts; inside 24 hours you're charged in full.

Every room has a 4K screen with wireless casting. Rooms for 8 or more add a video bar for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet; rooms for 13 or more add ceiling microphones.

Up to 2 free guests a day during staffed hours, registered in the Kestrel app. Private Office members can bring any number of guests to their own office.

At London Shoreditch and Bristol Harbourside, yes: registered, vaccinated, on a lead in shared areas, and not in meeting rooms or kitchens. Dogs aren't allowed at Manchester Ancoats. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.

Manchester has 12 spaces at £15 a day and Bristol has 8 spaces at £10 a day, booked in the Kestrel app or at reception. London has no on-site parking.

Yes. London has 60 bike spaces and 6 showers, Manchester 40 and 4, and Bristol 50 and 4.

1 Gbps symmetric in London and Manchester, 500 Mbps symmetric in Bristol.

All three locations have step-free entrances, lifts to every floor, an accessible toilet on every floor, and hearing loops at reception and in rooms for 8 or more.

Yes, with a Virtual Office (£45 a month), Dedicated Desk or Private Office. Mail handling is included with all three.

Yes, up to 20 kg, held for 14 days. Mail handling is included with Dedicated Desk, Private Office and Virtual Office, and is a £25-a-month add-on for Flex plans.

Monthly plans include 100 mono A4 pages a month; after that it's 5p mono and 15p colour.

Yes, each location has a silent zone: London floor 4, Manchester floor 3, Bristol floor 2. Calls belong in phone booths or meeting rooms.

Yes: barista coffee, tea and filtered water are free all day, with fresh fruit on Mondays.

Members can use it free for member-run events booked 2 weeks ahead. Non-members pay £400 an evening (18:00–22:00) or £900 for a full day.

Reception is closed on English bank holidays. Dedicated Desk and Private Office members can still get in 24/7.

A replacement costs £15.

No. Smoking and vaping aren't allowed anywhere in our buildings, including terraces.
