Meeting rooms
Sixteen meeting rooms across three locations, for 4 to 20 people. Members pay with monthly credits; anyone can book at the hourly rate.

Booking and cancelling
- Members book in the Kestrel app or at reception. Non-members book by emailing hello@kestrel-work.com or calling the location.
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours the booking is charged in full (or its credits are used).
Equipment
- Every room: a 4K screen with wireless casting, a whiteboard and filtered water.
- Rooms for 8 or more: a video bar for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and a hearing loop.
- Rooms for 13 or more: ceiling microphones as well.
Event space
Each location has an event space (London 80 standing or 50 seated; Manchester 50 standing or 30 seated; Bristol 40 standing or 24 seated). Members can use it free for member-run events booked at least 2 weeks ahead. Non-members can hire it for £400 an evening (18:00–22:00) or £900 for a full day.
All prices exclude VAT at 20%.
